| Fears over Haiti child 'abuse' "There are about 9000 peacekeepers in the UN mission to Haiti, most of them soldiers who come from 19 different nations. Most of them have come to help. They work hard in dangerous conditions to bring security and aid to the desperate people. But there are some peacekeepers who are willing to use their advantages to exploit some of the most vulnerable people in this troubled society. " This ariticle just caught my attention as i was doing my daily browsing~ Not so much the content of it, but rather the vast speculation of the media! This article is based on one girl telling them stories that may or may not be true. The story is sad... and her story is probably true. BUT it saddens me to think that many of the stuff I read are based on mere speculation. Also, the writers some how add in bits and pieces of fact from other places and fuses them together to make their story sound more convincing. Their info may be true, but many times it's out of context. Im sad... this saddens me... it makes me sad... I mean many of the things i read may not be true!!! How sad....TT |

| In need of prayer... I am praying to push forward a Youth on Fire praise night on Jan. 2007. Prayer request: 1) For the senior pastors to approve the proposal to set forth a Youth on Fire Break-out! 2) For the Youth pastors to unite and cooperate for the YOuth on Fire ministries. I have a vision for the Youth on Fire... I desire for it to become an independent ministry. In order for it to become an independent one, we need volunteers who are willing to sacrifice time and effort. It will take lots of unpaid, unrecognized work. BUT if God puts it on your heart, please dont hesitate to respond! so my next request will be... 3) For the Youth on Fire to become an independent ministry for all youth in TN initially... and for it to grow into an international ministry! *IT only took ONE woman to save the whole country right? |
